CEU's first ever Sustainability Festival

CEU students in the Environmental Studies Department, concerned about global sustainability, launched the first ever Sustainability Festival here at Central European University.

Students organized workshops and activities, handing out free fair trade coffee, and even put up a giant inflatable tree to illustrate just how much cooperation it will take to fight climate change.

The student-led Sustainability Initiative teamed up with CEU's Human RightS Initiative to put on the event in anticipation of the 10:10 campaign, a movement to cut carbon emissions by 10% in 10 years.
